Shipping policy

Domestic Delivery (Within Pakistan)

At Sphereoutfit, we ensure that your orders are delivered promptly and securely. For all domestic shipments within Pakistan, we partner with reputable courier services including TCS, Leopards, Call Courier, and others. Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID to monitor your order's progress.

Order Verification: Once you place an order, our Customer Service team will contact you via call, SMS or WhatsApp to verify your order. If verification is not completed within 3 days (applicable for Cash on Delivery purchases), the order will be automatically cancelled.

Dispatch and Delivery:
* Orders are dispatched the next working day after verification.
* Expected delivery time is 3-4 working days from dispatch.
* Working days are Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are not counted.

Delivery Charges:
* Flat delivery charge of Rs.250 per order within Pakistan.
* Free delivery on orders above Rs.7,000.

Delivery Address: Please make sure your address and contact number are complete and correct. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delays, and if a parcel is returned to us due to a wrong address or an unreachable number, re-delivery charges will apply.

Refused or Undelivered Parcels: If a Cash on Delivery parcel is refused at the time of delivery or remains undelivered due to non-response, future orders from the same customer may require advance payment.

Returns and Exchanges: If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us first on WhatsApp at 03022967511. Approved returns must be sent to our warehouse in Karachi (Liaquatabad C Area 3/16) through Pakistan Post. Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Please share the return tracking number with us after posting.

International Delivery

For international orders, we use DHL for reliable and efficient delivery. You will receive a tracking ID and a sales invoice via email once your order is dispatched. International orders are prepaid only; Cash on Delivery is not available outside Pakistan.

Additional Charges: International customers are responsible for any additional charges such as customs fees, duties, or variations in price that may occur beyond our control.
