Welcome to Sphereoutfit! By accessing or using our website (www.sphereoutfit.com) or by placing an order through our WhatsApp business number, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully.

1. General Terms
Acceptance: By using our website or WhatsApp ordering service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products and Orders
Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions, images, or other content are accurate, complete, or error-free. Slight colour variations may occur due to photography, lighting and screen settings.
Ordering Channels: Orders may be placed through our website, our WhatsApp catalogue, or by messaging our WhatsApp business number at +923022967511. Orders placed over WhatsApp are subject to the same terms as website orders.
WhatsApp Assistance: Some replies on WhatsApp are generated by an AI assistant supervised by our team. Product availability, prices and order details are always confirmed against our live system, but in case of any conflict, the details recorded in our order system at the time of dispatch shall prevail.
Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Sphereoutfit. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, incomplete delivery information, or suspected fraud.
Order Verification: Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed only after verification by our team via call, SMS or WhatsApp. If verification is not completed within 3 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.

3. Pricing and Payment
Pricing: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, but errors may occur. If a pricing error is identified, we will contact you before dispatching the order.
Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery within Pakistan, and advance payment through EasyPaisa, JazzCash and bank transfer. International orders are prepaid only.
Advance Payment: For advance payments, orders are processed after the payment is verified by our team. Please share your payment receipt on WhatsApp for verification. Payment confirmation is always issued by our team, not automatically.
Discounts: Any discount offered is valid only at the time it is given and cannot be claimed after an order has been dispatched.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping: We offer shipping services as detailed in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times and charges may vary based on your location.
Delivery Information: You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address and a reachable contact number. Parcels returned to us due to incorrect information or non-response may incur re-delivery charges.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Sphereoutfit pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Exchanges
Our Return and Exchange Policy outlines the conditions and procedure for returns and exchanges, including the 24-hour complaint window and the unboxing video requirement. Please review that policy before placing an order.

We expect respectful communication on all channels. We reserve the right to decline service or block accounts involved in abusive behaviour, repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery parcels, or fraudulent claims.

8. Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer: Our website and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sphereoutfit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, WhatsApp service, or products. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
